LITTLE MORE ON DUCK STAMP ENTRY

I was able to put a couple more hours into my duck stamp entry, the hen and reeds are pretty much done. I will spend a few hours on the drake, its reflection in the water and add some floating moss to the foreground! Picture quality is not very good, I will get a higher resolution image up when I am done.

DUCK STAMP ENTRY

I have only entered one state sponsored duck stamp since winning the Nevada competition in 2005 - so I've decided to enter another duck stamp... . This is a picture of it after about 5 hours of work. Should be able to finish in a little less than a week. It is a pair of Wood Ducks - which are my favorite to paint!

LITTLE MORE DONE ON GnG PAINTING

One of my works in progress - "Guts-n-Glory" is starting to take shape now, I've the hardest stuff done and am moving on to the details. Here is a picture of the progress and also a picture showing the detail of the bowhunter in the top right of the painting. Keep visiting, the website should be up within a day or two!
